Oriol Fernandez:
Your Chef

Oriol Fernandez is the chef at Restaurant Carbon by Romain Fornell and ensures the well-being of our guests with enthusiasm, freshness and a great deal of professionalism.

Most recently, he worked in major restaurants in Paris alongside Alain Ducasse. After spending a long time getting to know the world's cuisines, he joined the Gout Rouge group led by Romain Fornell and now inspires you in the kitchen of the Ambassador Zermatt.
