Romain Fornell, the new culinary director of the Ambassador Zermatt, is globally renowned for his exceptional culinary talent and expertise.
With his passion for elegant and innovative cuisine, he enriches every dish with his unique blend of tradition and modernity.
Oriol Fernandez is the chef at Restaurant Carbon by Romain Fornell and ensures the well-being of our guests with enthusiasm, freshness and a great deal of professionalism.
Most recently, he worked in major restaurants in Paris alongside Alain Ducasse. After spending a long time getting to know the world's cuisines, he joined the Gout Rouge group led by Romain Fornell and now inspires you in the kitchen of the Ambassador Zermatt.
