Reservations

Reservations for hotel rooms, package deals, as well as seminar and banquet rooms are binding and are subject to the General Terms and Conditions. Any changes or cancellations require written confirmation from the hotel.

Prices

The prices we quote are binding. Price adjustments due to official fees or other unforeseeable external factors remain reserved. All prices are in CHF and include the statutory VAT.

Guest list

Please inform us of the exact number of hotel rooms required as well as a complete guest list no later than two weeks before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.

Check-in & departure

The rooms are available from 4:00 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to return the keys to reception by 9:00 am. A late check-out is possible for an additional fee and upon prior arrangement.

Free cancellation possible
25% of the booked services will be charged
50% of the booked services will be charged
75% of the booked services will be charged
95% of the booked services will be charged
100% of the booked services will be charged

Force majeure

The hotel is not liable for non-performance or delays caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, official orders or other unforeseeable circumstances.

Liability and insurance

The organiser is required to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for personal injury and property damage. The hotel is only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent.

Security deposit

The hotel reserves the right to request a security deposit to cover any additional costs, damages or short-term changes. This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice after the event has been properly concluded.

No-show and short-notice cancellations

In the event of a no-show or a cancellation within 14 days before the event, 100% of the booked services will be charged.

Changes due to official regulations

If official orders require an adjustment of the agreed services or prices, the hotel is entitled to make these changes. The organiser will be informed of the changes without delay.

Description of services

The agreed services are detailed in the service description. Any changes or additions require a written agreement between the hotel and the organiser.

Right to modify

The hotel reserves the right to adjust these Terms and Conditions if legal or operational circumstances change. Any changes will be communicated to the organiser in due time.

Additional provisions

Invoices must be paid within 15 days of the invoice date.
In the case of late payment, reminder fees may be charged.
The hotel reserves the right to request an advance payment or a credit card guarantee.
Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of the booking without further notice.
