Arrival information
Whether by train or by car, your journey to Zermatt should be as pleasant as possible. Here you will find all the important information about getting here and parking options.
By train
Zermatt is car-free and most easily reached by train. Zermatt station is located right next to our hotel, so you can reach us in just a few steps. If you wish, we will be happy to pick you up with our paid station transfer.
SBB luggage service
Travel with ease: SBB transports your luggage from any address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein directly to the hotel. If you wish, the same service is also available for your return journey.
By car
Parking in Täsch
As Zermatt is car-free, you park your car in Täsch. From there, you can easily reach Zermatt by shuttle train or taxi. The train runs every 20 minutes and reaches Zermatt in around 12 minutes.
Hotel transfer
After your arrival in Zermatt, we will gladly pick you up at the train station. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can organise the paid transfer for you.
