Please note that due to the current situation, we have introduced the 2G rule (vaccinated or recovered) in the entire Hotel Ambassador for the winter season 2021/2022, for everyone aged 16 and over.
Thanks to this rule, we can guarantee you relaxed days in our hotel and a restful holiday in Zermatt.

Rent your ski equipment directly in the Ambassador! In our shop from Glacier Sport you can rent skis, poles, boots and all the equipment you need such as helmets, gloves and goggles. As a guest of the Hotel Ambassador, you also benefit from a 10% discount on all products.
Opening hours
During the winter season (mid-December to mid-April) our ski shop is open daily from 8.00 am until noon and from 3.30 pm until 7.00 pm.
