Any changes or cancellations require written confirmation from the hotel. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prices<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The prices we quote are binding. Price adjustments due to official fees or other unforeseeable external factors remain reserved. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to return the keys to reception by 9:00 am. The hotel is only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Security deposit<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hotel reserves the right to request a security deposit to cover any additional costs, damages or short-term changes. This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice after the event has been properly concluded. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No-show and short-notice cancellations<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a no-show or a cancellation within 14 days before the event, 100% of the booked services will be charged.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changes due to official regulations<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If official orders require an adjustment of the agreed services or prices, the hotel is entitled to make these changes. The organiser will be informed of the changes without delay. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Description of services<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The agreed services are detailed in the service description. Any changes or additions require a written agreement between the hotel and the organiser. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right to modify<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hotel reserves the right to adjust these Terms and Conditions if legal or operational circumstances change.
