For a pleasant stay
Luggage service
We want you to arrive relaxed. Our team will bring your luggage directly to your room, allowing you to start your time off right away.
Train Station Transfer
If you arrive by train, we will gladly pick you up at Zermatt station and accompany you comfortably to the hotel. Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can organise the transfer for you. This service is subject to a fee.
Concierge-Service
Our concierge is at your disposal for any request. Whether excursion recommendations, table reservations, or special wishes, we take care of everything personally.
SBB luggage service
Travel light: SBB delivers your luggage directly to the hotel and, if you wish, also back to your home. Booking is done via the SBB website or at any SBB counter in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Mountain Railway Tickets
You can obtain your mountain railway tickets directly at reception. This saves you from waiting in line at the ticket counters and lets you start your alpine adventure without detours.
Ski Service
In winter, we take care of your equipment. From maintenance to preparation for the next day – the service can be booked directly with us in the hotel.
Ski Room
You can store your equipment in the heated, modern ski room. This keeps everything dry, secure, and ready to use for the next day on the slopes.
Ski Rental
Especially convenient: the ski rental is located directly in the Hotel Ambassador. At Glacier Sport, you can rent skis, boots, and equipment without ever having to step outside. As a guest, you also benefit from an exclusive discount.
